Story Engine is a B2B platform. Operators who deploy their own streaming service using our infrastructure are responsible for collecting and handling their end users' personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and any other applicable privacy regulation.
In this context, INGRAVIDOS TECH, LLC acts as a data processor on behalf of the Operator (the data controller) for data that belongs to the Operator's end users. Our processing of such data is governed by the commercial agreement between INGRAVIDOS TECH, LLC and the Operator.
